Fans were left empty-headed on Saturday (Sept. 29) when he came and left with no word on ’s Yandhi album, which was slated for discharge that day.

As guaranteed, Kanye visited Harvey Levin at TMZ today (Oct. 1) and clarified that the album is deferred with the goal that he can record it in Africa.

Kanye West said that he “felt the roots” amid his time in Chicago and needed to make it one stride further to record his next undertaking in Africa, and plans to release it on Black Friday, which is Nov. 23.

“The album is so good,” he said. “I’m incorporating sounds you’ve never heard before and pushing concepts that people don’t talk about. We have concepts about body shaming, and women being looked down upon because of how many people they’ve slept with.”

Kanye also said that this album would be a departure from the previous five he helped produce and release this year through G.O.O.D.

“Now the alien Ye is fully bad in mode, off medication, working out, breathing as much fresh air as possible, thinking, doing, being his self. And when I say I’m being myself I don’t mean that I’m being Donald Trump, I’m being me, and I’m punk. I can where whatever I want ‘cause I’m a god.”

His wife Kim Kardashian also confirmed the new release date via Twitter. “Black Friday YANDHI TRUST ME it is worth the wait,” she wrote, followed by a string of emojis.
